Rates

May through October: $1000/week ($175/each additional night, if available)

November through April: $1250/week ($200/each additional night, if available)

11% Florida Sales Tax + $150 Housekeeping Fee + $750 Refundable Security Deposit

BOAT RENTAL: 23' Sea Ray Bow Rider (seats 10) available for $150/day or $950/week (plus gas).

RESERVATIONS

All rentals are booked through the owners. Click on the links to the left to browse information, photos and amenities of this vacation home and contact the owners from there! It's simple and convenient.

PAYMENT POLICY

A $750 deposit is required for ALL Vacation Rentals.

One-half of the TOTAL amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to arrival. If these amounts are not received on time, the reservation will be cancelled.

We ONLY accept personal, business or cashier checks. We do NOT accept credit cards or cash as payment. There will be a $50 returned check fee and the reservation will not be held until check clears.

All rentals require a $750 Security Deposit, an 11% Florida Sales tax, and a $150 cleaning fee.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

All cancelled reservations will be charged a minimum $250 administrative cancellation fee.

All reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival may be subject to a $500 cancellation fee depending on whether the vacation home gets re-rented for the same rental rate and during the same rental period.

No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival time unless unit is re-rented for the same time at the same or higher rates.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations 30 days prior to arrival with no fee to guest.
