Sit Down, Relax, Get to know us...

Are you ready to be enchanted? Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this lovely, beautifully landscaped, Gulf-access waterfront 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath pool home includes two large screen HD TV’s, a surround sound stereo system and free wireless, high-speed, broadband internet throughout. This property is professionally maintained and landscaped with palm trees and tropical gardens, and is located in a safe area of outstanding beauty in a very peaceful and friendly neighborhood, yet central to all amenities. Whether you are looking for quiet, tranquil days, or fun, activity-filled adventures, this inviting community welcomes you to Paradise.

Our modern kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and every convenience that you will need for your dining pleasure at your home away from home. All new flooring enhances this comfortable home, with beautiful hardwoods in the Master Bedroom, which opens up via double French Doors onto the lanai. There is 20” tile in the kitchen and great room, and new plush carpeting in the second and third bedrooms. The second, Queen Size bedroom, opens up to the lanai through a single French door.

Besides having a new large screen LCD HD TV, the Master Bedroom is also elegantly appointed with a new king size 4-poster bedroom set w/a mattress made of individually foam-encased comfort coils wrapped with 2" plush Ultra foam and an additional 2" of cool-touch Memory foam that breaths as it absorbs pressure and gently cradles your body, and is then finally covered in a Hypoallergenic cashmere soft "teddy bear" fabric... it feels like you're sleeping on a cloud.

This home also features a spacious, cabineted garage which provides parking for one car. There is, however, a circular driveway which provides ample off-street parking. The garage also houses a spare, full-size refrigerator-freezer for all those extra beverages and groceries. Off the master bath is a laundry room with new front-loading washer and dryer. The great room opens up via disappearing pocket sliding door/walls to the large, screened lanai area with an attractive, free-form 32' solar-panel heated swimming pool. The pool may be heated at any time of year to meet your requirements at no extra cost.

The lanai area is equipped with a beautiful selection of outdoor living/dining room and lounge furniture. The outdoor patio has a large, stainless steel gas barbecue grill and a gas food smoker, ideal for smoking ribs, chickens, and roasts. The house also has a peaceful, western exposure waterside deck upon which you can sit and sip an evening cocktail while you celebrate the  spectacular, post-card like sunsets that occur every evening and watch the turtles, ducks and manatees swim by. There is also a large wrap-around Captain’s dock from which you can quietly fish the day away or just relax and read your novel.

This home is situated on Cape Coral’s 100’-wide Lotus Canal with access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. There are several boat/canoe/kayak rental places in the area. For day trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, beach chairs and towels are included. Restaurants and Shopping are just minutes away in every direction.

Cape Coral (referred to as 'The Cape' by locals) is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Cape Coral Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, and beyond. The Boston Red Sox (City of Palms Park) and Minnesota Twins (Hammond Stadium) Spring Training camps are just minutes away in Fort Myers. For the golf enthusiast, Lee County is home to over 75 golf courses. Cape Coral and the Lee County area are served by Southwest International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, which is an easy 25-minute drive from the house. Both Tampa (TPA) and Miami (MIA) International Airports are approximately 2-hour commutes in either direction via Route I-75.

Cape Coral is the largest city in the Southwest region of Florida - also called the Venice of America, but has 20 times more canals than Venice, Italy - it is located on a peninsula and has the highest number of canals compared to any other city on this planet. It is a modern lagoon city with a variety of bodies of water and 400 miles of navigable waterways, 200 of which flow into the Gulf of Mexico. From our dock, this relaxing, no-wake canal cruise is just a 20-minute, scenic boat ride to open water.

The year-round mild climate allows for a variety of recreational activities, including boating, canoeing, kayaking, parasailing, water skiing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, snorkeling, golfing, tennis, hiking, jogging and cycling, to name a few. The city has a great infrastructure with a lot of shopping facilities that will excite all shopping fans. Cape Coral is connected with Fort Myers through two spectacular bridges so that you can reach almost any Fort Myers destination in under a half hour.

Come and enjoy one of the most beautiful places in Florida on the west coast, voted the '6th Best Place to Live' (according to 'Money Magazine' from 300 selected cities in the USA). No doubt you’ll be certain to be captivated by some of the magnificent Florida sunrises and sunsets that can be viewed on the 335 days of sunshine that Cape Coral enjoys annually.

The Southwest Florida's Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel area contain more than 100 barrier islands, more than 50 miles of fine, white, sugar-sand beaches, and shelter some of the world’s best shelling. Nearly 400 species of multi-colored seashells found in the region range from the common scallop to the rare brown speckled junonia. Peak season for shelling is May through September. Sanibel Island is most renowned for its shelling potential, but the activity is successfully pursued all along the Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel. Captiva and Cayo Costa islands are noted for starfish, conchs and sand dollars. Seashells are often hidden just beneath the surface of sand where the surf breaks, and can be collected by wading or snorkeling along the surf line. A wide plateau of shallow water adjoins Sanibel on the south side, and the gradual slope of the Gulf of Mexico acts like a ramp to encourage shells to roll onto the beach – especially when driven in by northwestern storm-fronts. Such storms are common in December and January when cold fronts pass through. While there’s never a bad time to shell, optimum collecting occurs in early morning, low tide, and after storms.

Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve is spread over a huge area of 365 acres of mangrove swamps and pure wetlands along the Caloosahatchee River. The preserve has many attractive features like 4,500 foot walking nature trail, serene picnic area, visitor’s center, perfect canoeing and kayaking waterways.

Or you may choose to head out on the Gulf for deep sea fishing, or take to the back country and fish our mangrove islands for trout, snook, and redfish. Popular, knowledgeable, local guides are available for fly, artificial, and live bait fishing.

And the best kept secret is that in May, June, October, and November, you have the warm Gulf waters all to yourself, and that Summer brings the afternoon Gulf breezes to lucky islanders!
