There is 20” tile in the kitchen and great room, and new plush carpeting in the second and third bedrooms. The second, Queen Size bedroom, opens up to the lanai though a single French door.

This home features all brand new stainless steel appliances, has a spare full-size refrigerator in the spacious garage for all those extra beverages and groceries, and a beer/wine fridge on the lanai. It has a utility room off the master bath with a brand new washer and dryer. The great room opens up via disappearing pocket sliding door/walls to the large, screened lanai area with an attractive solar-heated swimming pool. The pool may be heated at any time of year to meet your requirements, at no extra cost.

The lanai area is equipped with a beautiful selection of outdoor living room/dining room/lounge furniture, a large, stainless steel gas barbecue grill, and a smoker, ideal for smoking ribs, chickens, and roasts. The house also has a western-exposure waterside deck upon which you can sit and sip an evening cocktail while you enjoy the sunset and watch the turtles, ducks and manatees swim by. There is also a large wrap-around Captain’s dock from which you can fish.

This home is situated on Cape Coral’s 100’-wide Lotus Canal with access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. For trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, beach chairs and towels are included. Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away in every direction. You can also rent our 23' Sea Ray Bow Rider (seats 10 comfortably) boat for an additional fee, and be out on the river in about 20 minutes, and in the Gulf of Mexico a few minutes later!! Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, Marco Island, the Everglades, and beyond. The Boston Red Sox (City of Palms Park) and Minnesota Twins (Hammond Stadium) spring training camps are just minutes away in Fort Myers. For the golf enthusiast, there are seven different golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Cape Coral is served by Southwest International Airport (RSW), which is a 25-minute drive from the house. Both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about a two-hour drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75.
